Good morning,

 I made a 3.3.3 upgrade today (today's release) and I get the following error after logging in. 


 Debug info: Error code: downgradedcore × Stack trace: Line 527 of /admin/index.php: moodle_exception thrown Stay without access to Moodle.




 Can you help? Until now

??? strange ... cause that error should have shown you this as well.

"The code you are using is OLDER than the version that made these databases!"

The code you have is <-3.3.1+ and the database thinks moodle should be 3.3.highest already.

Uhhh ... there is no 3.3.3 yet.

Hope you started with a backup of code and DB.

Think the easiest fix for you would be to restore the backup you have of the code and database and see if that doesn't fix the issue at present.
