How do I create a registration form that connects to the desired course when a user wants to sign up.
For example www.mypage.com/moodle/register
This page will have a moodle registration form that enrols the user to that course.
Here is an example of what I am trying to do. This is not my site but a site that I would like to imitate:

http://academy.seekershub.org/moodle/register/?course=LRFL100&term=2017T2
Notice that when you click on the register button it takes you to a sign up form and after that it automatically registers you for that course. How did they do that? Can someone guide me on how to do something similar
Notice in the url the parameters /register/?course=???&term=????
