What was the site wide tweak you used in rewrite command your htaccess file. I am having the same issues as I put SSL certificate and after running whynopadlock.com there were 64 insecure items and they all have to do with Moodle Themes (default ones like MORE and Boost.
Any help would greatly be appreciated!!!
