In my case I had to update to anniversary version before I could put it on our windows 10 laptop. Did you verify your windows version?

I have a different problem with the Moodle Desktop Windows APP. It install fine but when I enter my site url it provides me with the following error:
"Invalid url or port"
Can someone please help.
