In my previous version i can see the administration block in student account for to view grades, but after upgrading i can't able to see the Admin block in students account.
The "ADMINISTRATION" block in the below image only we need actually.
Can anyone please advice me to solve this ?

If your site is using the Boost theme (new in 3.2 onwards), the Administration block has been replaced by a navigation drawer where you'll find a Grades link. There's also a Grades link in the user menu (top right).

I have the same problem after updating from moodle 2.9 to moodle 3.3 using "clean" theme.
Roles, permissions and capabilities did not change.
Any ideas?

Admin block has disappeared from all courses pages. NOT using boost theme.
