This might be one for a tracker but in case I am missing something obvious, I'll post here first ... I'm using a Moodle Cloud site, version 3.3.
I created an assignment which does not require students to submit any files. Yet, when I go to grade the students, it generates a blank PDF for annotation. I expected that I would just be presented with the grading option.
Am I correct to assume that this is not intentional?
