folder resource with thumbnails

Hi.  I would like to use the folder resource to share files with the students, but I would like it to look more like thumbnails.  Similar to how it looks when you're browsing files in moodle, there is the thumbnails option.  Does anyone know a way to do this with the folder or some other file sharing resource?

NAFAIK, there isn't but you might want to add this as a possible improvement in Moodle Tracker.... seems a good idea with regard to how Moodle operates.
