As you will see I have SPLIT this discussion from the original thread, which was the wrong place to have asked this question in the first place.
However, since Fernando has answerered and affirmed that it is not a Moodle option nor an Adaptable theme option either.
So the next step to take would be to ask in the Blocks Forum where some developers answer questions about BLOCK PLUGINS in general.
If you would like me to move this into the Blocks Forum then please let me know and I will remove the reference to the Adaptable Theme from the subject heading, and then move this discussion for you?
