Moodle upgrade 2.9 to 3.2 shows blank page at the initial stage. Even it is not showing the upgrade page as well. Can anyone help in this regards?

There is considerable lack of environment information. That said, I've read on here many times that when you get a blank screen the most successful solution has been to delete the moodledata/cache directory. It will get re-created automatically.
Is your PHP version compatible with 3.2?
