No plugins are loaded at all!
Hello dear Members! When updating the plug-in - themes, or any other plug-ins, the system executes a long query and receives no response. Leave for 12 hours - no change.
I upload plugins this way: Site administration > Plugins > Install plugins > Plugin installer
Apache is running as SYSTEM. And to the moodledata folder, this account inherits full access from the moodle root directory.
Here is the log while updating the plugin on the site theme, please take a look at it in the attachment "error_apache2.txt". Most likely this repetitive line is problematic -

Maybe there is a problem with the moodle account?
