hi, im trying to install latest version of moodle on my website but i stuck in some problems and cant figure it out how to solve them.
these are my problems:
1. mysql_full_unicode_support#File_format
2. mysql_full_unicode_support#Large_prefix
3. php_setting opcache.enable (i guess its not so important to install moodle, but it will be great if its enable)
4. site not https (i guess i'll try some free certificates like StartSSL, and also i guess its not that important to install moodle.)
what should i do to solve them all?
(note: i use cpanel, so please explain them in cpanel.)
(plus note: i've read the help articles and also searh more, tried shell/ssh/putty etc but i had no idea what was im doing... and i couldnt... so i need some professional help..)
