Glossary Autolinks in a SCORM Package?

Glossary Autolinks in a SCORM Package?

Hi,

I have Moodle version 3.2.2+ (Build: 20170324) installed.

I am trying to configure Moodle to filter my SCORM package to add autolinks to my Glossary and to censor certain words..

The glossary entry exists in both the html page of a SCORM package and glossary.

Dashboard>Site administration>Plugins>Filters>Manage filters - Glossary auto-linking, Activity names auto-linking, Multimedia plugins and Word censorship plugins are on.

Dashboard>Site administration>Plugins>Activity modules>Glossary

Automatically link glossary entries - checked

Approved by default - checked

Entry level default settings - all checked

Dashboard>Site administration>Plugins>Activity modules>SCORM package - all defaults

Dashboard>Site administration>Plugins>Filters>Common filter settings>Filter uploaded files  - have tried both All and HTML

The course itself:

Dashboard>Units>General>[Course_Name]>Settings>More...>Filters all are Active

Dashboard>Units>General>[Course_Name]>Edit Settings>Course format

Course format is a single Activity

Type of activity is SCORM Package.

Since adding/changing these the SCORM is uploaded again, with a different version number displaying - to ensure caching doesn't occur and neither the autolink or a censored word is turned into a link or hidden.

Can anyone assist please?

Hi Jez,
shortly, you can't since 2.x, to avoid potentially destructive interactions between Moodle code and the content targeted by the auto-linking feature.
