Hi,
I'm using the Big Blue Button plugin for Moodle (version 2.1.11).
I use Google chrome and so do most of my students.
While running a live session with students (maximum 4 people) every 5 minutes or so the screen freezes for about 20 seconds and the following message appears for all participants at the same time:
Sound continues as normal.
I then receive the following error notification:
I would appreciate any help anyone can give.
