Help!! Internet Explorer will not work at all!

Good afternoon All


The most weirdest thing has happened today. No users using Internet Explorer (v7 onwards tested) are able to load our Moodle site.  Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari all open fine with good performance. It does load eventually, but it literately takes 5 minutes. Can anybody advise.

My initial concerns was if there was any malicious code somewhere attempting to redirect all IE users but I haven't found any. I have not ruled anything out at this stage and I am seeking some guidance.

I have purged all caches including all theme cache but no joy.


Moodle 2.7.10 build.20150914

Running PHP 5.4.45

I believe most newer versions of Moodle require at least IE9 or higher.

If not a single user of the various versions of IE do not work, did someone upgrade your Moodle?
