I'm using Moodle 3.2.


How teacher gets list of all the students names who is enrolled to the course?

Ex : 

Teacher enrolled with "ABC" course,

Teacher need to get all the students who is enrolled with "ABC" course?

Unless I'm not understanding your question - go into the course and look at the Participants list?
