I am happy to say the error does not appear anymore!
I am sad to say I have done nothing more then add a html block and changed its permissions for this to happen.
I really do not understand why all of a sudden it started nor why it stopped.
I am not going to test it out more, was a pain while it lasted I don't want to jinx myself.
