Hey,

Question:
Is there a way to uninstall a block without removing the database info for it?

e.g. a customer upgrades to a new major update for our block, but decides to roll back to the previous release after testing it for a few days.

Context:
Released a major update to our plug-in switching the APIs it uses on our end, this requires a pretty long upgrade process. We would like to be able to tell users of a way to roll back to a previous version without nuking their data in the case of a failed upgrade or they decide they prefer the older version.
