Hello all,

I am novice user. I am using Moodle 3.2.1.

I am copying the hindi text data from the page maker file Font : Kruti Dev 10 and pasting into Moodle editor.

WHAT I DID :

1.Added HINDI TRUE SCRIPT FONT (KRUTI Dev 10) In System (in Moodle installed Server and my local machine)

2. Added font through SITE ADMINISTARATION , EDITOR SHOWING Font in Font Family drop down But still i am not able to see my pasted data into KRUTI Dev hindi font.

Let me know is there any other steps that i am missing.

I suspect that the text you pasted from PageMaker is not encoded in a Unicode-compatible font, because Adobe PageMaker does not currently support it (cf. https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/technical-hindi/xtCKJmr4aBw).

You can test this out by pasting the sample Hindi text from this site: http://rishida.net/scripts/samples/hindi into your Moodle. If it displays correctly, then both your Moodle server and your current PC client web browser are configured correctly, and PageMaker is definitely the problem.

If it doesn't, your Moodle server could be correct, but your client PC and/or web browser might not be configured properly.
