Nope. I have that exact version installed as well. So I have had the most recent of the legacy themes installed, but still receive the error. Note that these have been installed for a few versions, and it is not until the 3.2 upgrade that there has been any issue. The only occurrence of the version number being complained about is in the standard theme, unless you think it is something else.
