I just migrated our Moodle site over to another server and upgraded it to 3.3+ in the process. We're seeing weird caching issues, though, that make the site completely unusable.
The theme's CSS and Javascript files are coming back as total gibberish. Here's what I get when I go to https://class.eschel.org/theme/yui_combo.php?rollup/3.17.2/yui-moodlesimple-min.css:

Then I refresh the page and it's back to gibberish.
I can keep the CSS looking ok by turning on theme designer mode, but that doesn't fix the Javascript, and obviously I would prefer to be able to cache things!
Any ideas?
