Collapsed Topics V3.3.0.2(beta) for Moodle 3.3 released: https://moodle.org/plugins/pluginversion.php?id=14147 with:
1. Make the 'readme' course setting only display and not store in the database, thus regenerate and not broken in the
course backup.
2. Fix not being able to tab to colour settings.
3. Implement MDL-4782. Ref: 'https://docs.moodle.org/33/en/Stealth_activities' - 'allowstealth' admin setting.
4. Apply MDL-55074 - #30.
