I just wanted to share with you my latest experience with moodle.
The teachers with Developer and Facilitator roles were unable to grade assessments in moodle.
What I discovered is that the inherit permission won’t allow for Developer(editing teacher) & Facilitator to grade assessments and the grading capabilities need to be overridden to ‘allow’. Essentially, inherit permissions should include grading functions by default.
