I have a problem with new users trying to create an account via email...I have included an screencapture attachment with the resulting message. I setup my moodle on my own computer running Windows XP SP2, and using Xammp package(Apache2,PHP 5.0.5,MySQL) . I also put in my SMTP host name, user name and password, as supplied by my ISP (Comcast) in my moodle Configuration-->Variable setting. If I cant get this working on my own computer, will Moodle setup right using a host provider? I really wanted to host my site on my computer....Thanks in advance....Helppppppppp!!!!
