Debugging options are not changing in moodle cloud.

I am trying to change debugging options in Site Administration -> Development -> Debugging.

But when i am changing options and submitted it is not reflecting. So i am unable to trace the issue which is coming in webservices which i created.

Please help in changing debugging option in my https://<CloudName>.moodlecloud.com/

Hello,

Any admin settings on your MoodleCloud site which have 'Defined in config.php' under the setting name (such as Debug messages) can't be changed.

Thus, if you want to debug a web service, you'll need to set up your own Moodle site.

I am really surprised.
How can we work with moodlecloud site if we can neither debug ourselves nor ask a support team to do so?
