Hi,
On our Moodle server (2.9.1) when
viewing the Files tab in the Turnitin Assignment 2 settings, there are a heap
of files listed under "Moodle Direct File Browser" listed as "Could not get turnitintoolltwo data". The
student accounts in these entries have been deleted or there is no longer a data record in the
database for the submitted file.
They appear to be files from 2015 so can be deleted but there are too many of
them 3000+ to delete manually and there is no bulk delete option. Is there a way of bulk deleting all these redundant entries? Thanks!
