Hi

We get til error (from the errorlog - the page shows error 500) when we edit an existing course

Potential coding error - active database transaction detected during request shutdown:\n

* line 105 of /course/modlib.php: call to moodle_database->start_delegated_transaction()\n

* line 275 of /course/modedit.php: call to add_moduleinfo()\n, referer https://sitename.dk/course/modedit.php?add=forum&type=&course=2989&section=4&return=0&sr=0

- I cant seem to find a deeper explanatin in the docs.

IM not sure if its a server issue or an issue with Moodle core.
