I have recently upgraded to Moodle 3.3 and notice that the rownum when looking at assignments is "0" regardless of where the assignment is in the list. Has rownum stopped being important for selecting assignments?
I am trying to create a cron job that will give my teachers links to directly go to an outstanding assignment rather than having to go through multiple course pages. I was using the Grade Me block for this but it is not working with Moodle 3.3
If the rownum is no longer important this would be a huge benefit to me! I can find the link to the assignment in the database and just insert rownum=0 if this is the case.
Can someone confirm that all I need is the following url and a teacher would then be able to access the assignment directly into the grading page if they have the url:
https://www.domain.com/mod/assign/view.php?id=$assignment_id&rownum=0&action=grader&userid=$user_id
