PDF checking not showing any submission and pops up "undefined" message

we have installed moodle 3.2.2 on localhost using XAMPP,

1. The Annotate PDF plugin showing greyed / disabled, even if enabled it again gets disabled.

2. The PDF Submission plugin showing greyed / disabled, even if enabled it again gets disabled.

3. Ghostscript  test path works well.

4. While Grading the submission as teacher, or admin, it does not render the PDF on screen and displays "undefined" blank window.


How to resolve the issue of

1. Not showing PDF for checking and

2. How to remove "undefined" message?

Hi Umesh,

Have you completed the unoconv setup directions for Installing unconv on Windows?

Note: When I used the directions, I had to make a change to the contents of the unoconv.bat file as my LibreOffice was installed in Program Files (x86) instead of Program Files. Before the change to the .bat file Moodle was telling me that my version of unoconv was not supported even though it was the correct 0.07.

I got it solved by updating Windows OS...dont know how it got...
