Did you have any luck solving this problem of 'unable to connect to service endpoints' for Google Oauth service on Moodle v3.3?
I am facing a similar issue and unable to debug it. Trying to get our server guys (blue host) to see if there are any server misconfigurations (which is the most plausible case). There are no issues on the Moodle side as far as I can tell. Have checked with other Moodlers too who believe that the server misconfiguration might be causing this.
As per this discussion there is something to do with IPv4 and IPv6. Did you find anything to do with it?
Please advice so I could debug this. It would be a shame to move back to v3.2 with all the great features of the new Moodle system.
