Prior to upgrading to M3.3, I am attempting to run the admin/cli/mysql_collation.php script.
Getting the error shown in the screenshot. Not sure how to sort this out.
Running Ubuntu 14.10 LTS, PHP 5.6.30.1.1, MySQL 5.5.54.0.0.14.04.1
