Hello Community:
I have a weird problem, we are using Moodle 3.1.2+ (Build: 20161020)
From my normal login in My moodle i cant access the Administration menu , we re using the basic default theme.
I can open the site administration menu but no other menu dropdown. ie trying to acess users to create new users.
But when i navigate ie to my user to check the permissions etc, those menus open and i can acess them....
Is there anything that i could do or check to access normally the Administration menus?
