Does anyone know of a way to generate a report showing all active instances of a specific block for all courses in a Moodle system? I need to be able to export the report (showing each course using the block) to an Excel spreadsheet.

Alternatively, does anyone know of an SQL query that could return the same information?

I am running Moodle 3.1.3.
