We suddenly found one of our shells do not have a course total shown in the grader report. This is weird. How to get it back?

Is the Course Total missing even when you log in as the editing Teacher?
Or is it missing only when viewed by student user?

Yes, it is missing even if I login as an administrator. I tried to add the course total as a grade item but now it is not populating. The course grade settings are same as like other courses.

I had this happen for a category total. To fix it, I changed the type of the category (from natural to weighted, etc.) and then it "fixed" itself.
We are experiencing this same issue. Just had an upgrade and now in many of our courses the course total can't be viewed by Manager, Faculty, or Students. I can see it as the administrator but that's not helpful.
Any ideas?
