list of deprecated/removed functions?

Is there a list of functions that were deprecated or removed in a particular version?  A quick search turned up some tracker issues, but even those don't spell out the api changes in detail.  Such a list would be helpful in checking third party plugins and custom code for incompatibilities.  (The particular versions I'm interested in are 2.9, 3.0, 3.1, and 3.2.)

Hello,

all deprecated functions from core API are listed in lib/upgrade.txt

other APIs, functions specific to individual plugin types may be in other upgrade.txt files

I put a summary of changes between 3.2 and 3.3 in the release notes

For previous versions you need to find all related upgrade.txt yourself
