Each time I go to my website to access Moodle, I get a redirect error. It was working fine a few weeks ago. I am sorry I do not know what version I am using, nor do I know how to find it without being able to even see the login page.
The error reads, "Incorrect access detected, this server may be accessed only through "http://www.crystalhaven.us/crystalcollege" address, sorry. Please notify server administrator.
I have talked to my hosting company, their malware and tech support divisions, and read the forum titled,
"how to remove the message "Incorrect access detected, this server may be accessed only through x address, sorry.""
The link is: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=194419My hosting company tech found the article, we found the DNS zone, though the instructions were written for Plesk, and I do not have that. I have Bluehost and can access data files from the cPanel File Manager for Moodle, but I don't know how to access the code to try another fix mentioned in the forum.
The last time I was there, I was trying to add a video, but it kept telling me the file was too big. I logged out and decided to come back today. I don't know if that caused any problems.
I've tried to give you as much information as I can. I hope I don't have to scrap everything and go back to square one.
Thank you for your help.
