Quiz notification not getting to email address

Hi everyone,

Recently trainers aren't getting the email notifications when a quiz is submitted, although the role specifies "get Notification message: Allow" and also in the individual quiz is set up correctly with "Send notification message". This used to work until recently, and I have checked with email provides as well as verifying the setting multiple times, ¿any ideas about how to solve this?

Are you not getting emails at all? In my case, I'm getting emails when creating users if I choose the "Generate password and notify user". However, the quizzes completion notifications are not being delivered...

As far as I can tell, it's all emails. Everything was getting sent out just fine until the day after I did the update.
