Hi Dani,
I'm getting exactly the same error message as started on this post and here: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=349594 - the "Oops! We're having trouble connecting to https://... error."
Moodle version: 3.2
URL: https://test-moodle.uel.ac.uk
Authentication: CAS (Therefore you will not be able to login)
Fact is I'm unable to get past the connection screen. I've followed instructions: enabled web services for mobile devices, edited "Moodle Mobile additional features" and checked the "Enabled" field, edited Authenticated user role and allowrf moodle/webservice:createtoken capability.
Could you help please?
Regards,
Remy
Hi Dani,
(And in case it helps anyone), found out the "Admin users, please read" section at the end of this page (https://docs.moodle.org/32/en/Moodle_Mobile_additional_features) is very important indeed. Once we created tokens for admin users mannually, I was able to access the login page.
But I'm still unable to login and that goes for many of our test users (some not admins). We all keep getting "invalid login ...". Any thoughts?
Regards,
Remy
