I appreciate the feedback. So let me give the whole story so what I am trying to do makes more sense.
We have a program that we train on, it includes a couple of videos that are DVD's. Right now a person has to send me an email to request the video, I then send it out. I need a way for our customers (over 15000 of them) to be able to request the video.
So using the feedback module I wanted the questions to be the information I need to know from them. Name, address, etc. Then myself or one of the other trainers would go in and check off that we have received the request for the DVD and which DVD they need. That would manually complete the activity.
Using the Reengagement activity, it would start send emails to the person in a couple of weeks reminding them to return the DVD.
So I want myself or the other trainers to mark it complete not to just read it but to manage some content.
