When attempting to download the Excel generated copy of our survey data via the Export to Excel button on the Survey Analysis page: /moodle/mod/feedback/analysis.php?id=20&courseid&do_show=analysis
I'm redirected to a blank page that never finishes loading: /moodle/mod/feedback/analysis_to_excel.php
The developer tools in Chrome show:
"Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
Navigated to https://hotelexcellencelms.marriott.com/moodle/mod/feedback/analysis_to_excel.php"
The error_log on our server reports: Directory index forbidden by Options directive: /www/servers/
Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!
