Always send email from the no-reply address on Moodle 3.2

Hi all,

There was a setting in Moodle 3.1 that you could force all emails to be sent from the no-reply address. The title of the setting was "Always send email from the no-reply address?" and it was at Site administration > Plugins > Message outputs > Email.

In Moodle 3.2, Email configuration is moved to Site administration > Server > Email > Outgoing mail configuration, but I am not able to find the setting to enforce all emails to be sent from a no-reply address.

Is that removed from Moodle 3.2?

Martin, keeping them on default values will send out email from no-reply this use to be settings in older versions unless you specify an actual working email address, if you want to do the same, you can specify noreply@mydomain.com in your outgoing e-mail setup during moodle initial setup (or afterwards through link that you mentioned)

Hi,

Moodle 3.2.1

Site administration / ► Server / ► Email / ► Outgoing mail configuration

No-reply address:  noreply@domain.com ( for example )

Question:
1.  Who is actually send this email.. who is actual from ? administrator  means site admin-> users-> Permissions -> site administrator  or.. ?
2.  Some of my email is forwarding to archive.. don't understand why?
