How to purge Moodle Cache without going to siteadministration -> Development

Hi,

I mistakenly added jquery script in Additional HTML Head which is not compatible with current moodle version and has disrupted some of the  normal functionalities of moodle, due to which i am no longer access the Site Administration and rest of the tabs on the same page.

Now i want to get rid of that script which i had to do by going to moodle config table as Additional HTML HEAD tab was no longer accessible.

But the thing is I am not able to see the reflected changes done in database.

On some of the forum question's answers I saw that to reflect the changes we need to purge moodle cache.Which again had to be done from site administration which is no longer accessible to me.

what should I do ?

Is there any other way to purge moodle cache? By deleting moodledata's localcache dir or something like that ?

If you have cli access, then run:

php admin/cli/purge_caches.php

Due to the variety of different caching options, there is no simple set of manual cache purging instructions possible.
