Good day all, I am having an issue, would you be able to help.
We have a 10 courses on our Moodle platform, which award learners badges after successfully completing activities and end of use of using quizzes.
We are now having loads of complaints from learners stating that they have completed most or all the relevant activities,but they are auto unenrol from these courses.
Little be know to me that there was the Unenrol inactive after 60 days flag set.
The issue is when the learners now re-enrolled all their activity completion is missing and grades.
Would anyone know the best way to restore learner activity completions and quiz results.
We currently have over 400 -500 learners in this situation, so any help would be appreciated.
I have not set the Unenrol inactive after to Never.
