So, after a decade of using, administering and developing Moodle, I've just noticed that everything appears in 12-hour time format.
I've looked everywhere I can think of to change it but I'm coming up blank.
Does anyone know how to change the time format to 24-hour clock across the site in Moodle 3.1 (or above)?
Its been a while but if I have it right, do a grep looking for the clock in the code and change the h:m:s to read Hm:s for 24 hour clock. This will give you 0010;16 hrs, 0115:21 hrs, 0240:36 hrs etc. Alternatively, I think it is G to get 0, 1, 2 etc, no leading zeros on anything less than 959:59 hrs, which I suggest will cause perceptual problems.
