I have installed moodle 3.2 on my system. I removed folder of moodle 3.2 and try to installed moodle 3.0
but my moodle 3.0 installation could not be successful, At URL
http://localhost/user/editadvanced.php
I and getting blank screen. How to resolve this issue.

That is normally resolved by either clearing caches or checking php version. However, you cannot downgrade like that. You need to restore a copy of the database from a 3.0 version.

You may also need to restore the moodledata folder as the format is not always consistent between versions.
