Google Chrome Cookies Error on Log In

Google Chrome Cookies Error on Log In

Hey all,

I have a problem that seems to only be occurring in Google Chrome for me. Whenever I try logging into my Moodle site I get an error stating, "Unfortunately, cookies are currently not enabled in your browser"

I have tested this behavior in Internet Explorer and Firefox and was able to log in with no issues. My chrome settings are set to accept local data and enable cookies for this site. I have just implemented a fresh install of Moodle 3.2.2 so I'm not sure what is causing the issue.

A little Googling tells me this has happened before but with no solid answers. Anyone have any ideas of what I should check?

Thanks!

I haven't seen this before in connection with Chrome, but I would be starting with Server logs, checking to see if there is an error being thrown by an incorrect security certificate. Likely not a cause, but it is somewhere to start. Also, something like an adblocker or security feature for a plugin in the Chrome browser.

Have you tried using the Chrome browser in incognito mode?
