I have installed different plugins and they are successfully installed on moodle but i i am unable to activate and use the plugins.
Please guide me accordingly to this.

Once installed, plug-ins are usable, they dont need activation in most cases, which plug-ins have you installed?
1- block_gchat
2- block_horario
3- atto_wordimport
4- theme_adaptable
