users can't change the language preferences,
Note :I changed the users' ability to Edit first name, last name , I can change language as admin in my preferences page but other users can't

Hi this has nothing to do with the Essential theme, this is an Adminitration problem, which you, as the Administrator, can fix.
First of all you need to make sure that you have set the site to display the Language menu. you an do this in Site Administration > Language settings
