Like to know if there is any Quiz plugin similar to Memrise type of learning Quiz.
I mean something like the learning quiz offered in memrise.com

you could achieve something similar with H5P. For example with the activity "Dialog cards":
I cannot attach the file to install it because it is too big, but I write you the embed code - you can embed it in the Moodle-Editor and I think you can try it:
