That happened here too.
What worked to me was editing those students' grades from the gradebook by cliking the gear symbol and unselecting "Overridden" (I'm guessing that's the correct word because my moodle is in Portuguese and here the word is "Sobreposto").
Then, I tried to upload the feedback file again and it worked.
