Maybe someone can help. After upgrading moodle to vesion 3.1.3 can't add availability restrictions in any activity theres a blank field and it's doesent offer no restrictions to add.
In activitys where it was set before moodle upgrade restrictions are working, but shows as a code in the restrictions field.
